A truly international agency
From first inquiry to final signature, our team supports clients on every continent, coordinating remote closings, powers of attorney and digital documentation so that distance is never an obstacle.

We start with a conversation about your goals, timeline and budget. From there, we shortlist the right properties, join you for viewings, review the documentation and stay with you through the offer, the contract, the deed and the handover of keys.
The property search; due diligence on the property and its owners; viewings in person or by video; an English translation of the purchase agreement; support at the deed signing and key handover; and help transferring the utilities into your name. Taxes, notary fees and sworn translations are paid separately.
Yes. You can obtain your CPF (Brazilian taxpayer number) at a Brazilian consulate, view properties by video, and sign the deed in person or through a power of attorney executed in your country and translated here by a sworn translator.
We start from your brief, not from a list of available stock. Before any offer, we review the property’s title records and the owners’ documents, and explain what we find in plain terms.
Residency applications based on property investment are handled by a specialist immigration partner, engaged separately and charged per person. B&B coordinates the process alongside your purchase, so you deal with a single point of contact.
Our advisory fees are fixed and quoted at the initial consultation. As is standard in Brazil, the brokerage commission is paid by the seller.
Currency exchange and the transfer itself are handled by Travelex, our exchange partner; B&B never handles client funds. If you plan to apply for residency, the funds must be your own, of documented foreign origin and registered with the Central Bank of Brazil.
Share your plans, and our team will be in touch to begin a search shaped around you.
