What this website is
This website presents the agency, the services it coordinates and a selection of properties. It is a presentation and the starting point of a conversation, not a transaction platform: nothing is purchased, reserved or paid for here.
Property information is not a binding offer
Prices, availability, measurements, photographs and descriptions are published in good faith and are subject to change without notice. Nothing published here binds us or the owner of a property. A purchase exists only through a signed contract, once the required legal checks are complete.
Currencies and areas
Prices are stated in Brazilian reais, which is the only official figure. Amounts shown in other currencies, and areas shown in square feet, are indicative conversions provided for ease of reading. They reflect the current exchange rate and do not constitute a price.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, drawings and the name and symbol of Borgert & Bittencourt belong to the agency or are used by it with permission. They may not be copied or republished without written authorization.

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free from interruption or error. These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Curitiba, Paraná, have jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from them.
