Privacy policy
Last updated on 19 August 2026.
This policy describes how this website handles personal data: what it collects, for what purpose, who else processes it, and what you may ask us to do in respect of it. It describes nothing that the site does not do.
Data controller
Borgert & Bittencourt Investimentos Imobiliários Ltda, registered under CNPJ 43.793.394/0001-95 and CRECI/PR 7.755, with its office at Rua Voluntários da Pátria 262, room 22, Centro, Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, determines why and how the data described here is used.
Data collected and its purpose
Only the information you enter in the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject you select and your message, together with a phone number should you choose to provide one. We also record the language of the page from which you wrote and, when you write from a property page, the reference of that property, so that we reply in the correct language about the correct property. Nothing else about your visit is recorded.
Please do not send documents, financial information or any sensitive personal data through this form. Such material is handled under the service contract, not through a website form.
Cookies and your consent
This website stores nothing on your device to measure your browsing or for advertising purposes until you allow it. On your first visit, a brief notice asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, or simply disregard the notice, nothing is sent and nothing is stored. If you accept, PostHog, hosted in the European Union, records how the pages are used so that we can see which properties attract interest. You may withdraw that permission at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. There is no advertising tracker and no social plugin on this site, and the fonts and images are served from our own infrastructure rather than a third-party network. There is one exception, which we state expressly rather than leave implied: on the contact page and on each property page, the two places where a form exists, Cloudflare's anti-robot check loads without prior consent and may store a short-lived cookie on your device, for approximately thirty minutes, solely to remember that the check has already been passed. It prevents the form from being used by automated systems to send messages in bulk, so making it optional would be equivalent to leaving the form open to abuse. It does not measure your browsing, does not build a profile and does not serve advertising: it exists solely to allow the form to function. The internal panel used by our team relies on a session cookie, but that area is closed to visitors.
Data processors
Five service providers are involved in operating this website. They act on our instructions and for no purpose of their own:
- Supabase, which hosts the database where your message is stored, in São Paulo, Brazil.
- Vercel, which hosts the website itself and keeps short-lived technical logs of requests.
- Cloudflare, which checks that the contact form is being sent by a person and not by a robot, and which delivers the property images.
- Sentry, which receives application error reports, configured so that it does not receive your IP address, your cookies or the contents of your message.
- PostHog, hosted in the European Union, which measures how the site is used and only after you accept the notice.
Where the data is stored
The database is in São Paulo, Brazil. Since January 27, 2026, the European Union and Brazil recognize each other as offering an adequate level of protection, so data from the European Economic Area can be held in Brazil without any additional contractual safeguard.
Retention period
We retain your inquiry for as long as necessary to respond to you and to manage the relationship that results from it. The exact retention period is being finalized with our legal counsel and will be published here once it has been settled.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, delete it, stop using it or provide it in a portable format. Please write to us and we will respond within fifteen days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority, the ANPD, or, if you are in Europe, with the supervisory authority of your own country.
How the data is protected
Access is restricted to the partners of the agency, each with a personal account, and the database itself rejects any request that does not originate from an authorized account. Traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted.
Questions about your data
Please write to the address below, stating the nature of your request. If your request concerns data protection specifically, please indicate this in the subject line and it will be directed to the responsible partner.
Should this policy change, the date at the top of the page will be updated accordingly.
